I firmly believe that having a coach and or mentor is a cornerstone of success. It doesn’t matter how smart or driven you are, you will only go so far by yourself. Coaches help perfect your technique, push you to perform at higher levels, and help you avoid unforeseen obstacles.
One of my former professors, Dr. Markman, often said, “Frustration is a function of unmet expectations.” Whether it comes down poor execution, lack of effort, or just being outmatched, sometimes teams perform below expectations–enter the rant. In an effort to make you think…and have a few good laughs, here my favorite coach rants:
